Sawyer has finally realized what an idiot he's been coming down in the evenings to eat. It's much less busy during the day; much fewer people present to mock his current wardrobe situation.

So, the amount of Sawyer's in the bar has just increased by one.

Sawyer leans down to Megan. "Think you can get Daddy to switch clothes with me?"

Liam laughs.

"Stop trying to corrupt my daughter, Sawyer. Say hi, Megan."

She waves shyly.

Sawyer smiles and waves back. He looks up at Liam. "Bringing her by to see the new addition?"

"Ah, she's already met him. This time we've come to stay with Charlie for a bit, right Megs?"

She nods firmly.

Sawyer straightens up and quietly asks, "How he holding up?"

"Better than at first, I think", Liam answers equally quietly. "He's been out of his room, and playing music..."

Sawyer nods and leans back down to Megan. "Want something to eat?"

She nods, beaming.

"How does steak and beer sound?"

Liam gives him a look, but it's more amused than anything.

Sawyer rolls his eyes, but he's smiling. "Okay, how about some cake and milk? Don't tell Daddy, though. Our secret."

She grins and bounces. "Yay!"

Liam chuckles, and nods his agreement.

Sawyer helps her into a seat as a piece of cake and glass of milk appears.

He turns to Liam and smirks. "Bringing a kid to a bar... classy."

Liam shrugs. "She likes to see Charlie. And she's not the only kid I've seen in here."

"Yeah. Someone might as well open up a daycare service or something."

"Not a bad idea, actually. It'd be something for one of the Bound people to do."

"'Cept anybody insane enough to want to be around all those kids all day is probably too crazy to trust with the kids."

"So they do shifts. No shortage of willing babysitters 'round here, it seems."

"I wonder why nobody's set it up, then?"

Shrug. "Maybe no one's been organised enough yet. Or most of the kids only got here recently, or something."

Sawyer watches Megan eating her cake for a moment. Since Eris helped him find his memories of being in the bar as a child, he's found more and more of them popping up, usually prompted by something he sees. Today, watching Megan reminds him of eating chocolate cake with a fairy and a puzzle in the shape of a rose. He wonders where that puzzle went.

Eventually, he shakes himself out of his reverie. He turns to Liam, "Okay, chief, I think I'm gonna be moving along. I'll see you around."

Liam nods to him. "See you later, Sawyer."
