Columbia walks downstairs and sits at the bar. She orders a drink but mostly she just sits.

"Hmmm...I know where Denton is, but I never saw a castle there."

"It isn't there anymore, I don't think." she whinces a bit. "It was just there for a little bit, they talked like they were gonna take it with them. But It mighta got destroyed for all I know." she shrugs.

"Oh." Sara realizes she's stumbled upon a sore subject. "Sorry, I didn't mean to pry."

"No, don't worry about it. I like it better here anyway." she grins. "So, where are you from?"

"Las Vegas, Nevada, most recently. But I'm going to move in here. Nothing to keep me there anymore." She smiles somewhat sadly.

"Vegas, really? I have always heard nice things about Vegas but i've never been there. This place is pretty nice though, I am stuck and I think it's a good home."

"Vegas has it's charms, but also its darker sides like anyplace else. I was a criminalist there." She shrugs slightly. "Why are you stuck here?"

Columbia nods "Criminalist? That sounds like an interesting career. Oh, I'm dead so leaving isn't really an option."

She smiles again. "It was, at times. Especially having to figure out truly odd cases, such as how a scuba diver wound up in a tree miles from water. That was a trip."

"Oh I see." Now she feels embarassed. "I was told about that from another friend-forgive my lack of tact."

"Yeah, that would be quite a job." Columbia grins.

"Don't worry about it. I am still not sure how to handle the dead thing. I don't wanna scare people, I look weird enough without adding on that i am dead." she laughs

"Yeah--got fired today, which sucks. And is why I'm moving here. Nothing to keep me in Vegas, and I don't languish where I'm not wanted."

"Columbia, you look pleasantly normal when compared to others here. Trust me on that." Sara laughs as well.

Columbia nods "well, this place is pretty nice."

Columbia grins at Sara. "Thank you, I know there are some weird ones here, but I have to add Frankie into that but he'd understand." she laughs.

"Frankie? Yes, I would have to agree. The only guy I've ever met that could wear fishnets and look good," Sara agrees. She's not blushing.

One eyebrow goes up. "You know Frankie, huh?" Columbia grins. "I know a few guys who can make fishnets work but I have always been partial to Frankie. It's his own fault."

"We've met," Sara nods. "And I've seen some nice drag queens in my time. Hard to avoid them in Vegas. But he is in a class by himself."

"Frankie is an irresistable force." She doesn't say that to anyone inparticular she just says it. "He just looks good in that stuff, he looks good in lees too but..." Thanks to the wonder of makeup the fact that Columbia is blushing is not apparent.

ooc: And I'm sorry to cut this short, but I need to get to bed.
