Sara has put her things away the room and placed a few personal effects around.

"Strange...this place seems more like home than my apartment ever did."

With a slight shrug, she gets dressed for the day. Jeans and a black Talk Nerdy To Me shirt. She wanders downstairs into the bar for breakfast.

"Yes, loud voices are bad. I kind of hoped that since we were in a bar at the end of the universe being drunk would have no downside."

"There's always a catch. And some of the people here are decidedly nasty when they want to be. I had the misfortune of meeting a 17th-century british navy officer. Within two minutes, I wanted to rearrange his jawline."

"Really? The only 17th-century british navy officer I've met has been extremely polite."

"Have you met the pirate, Jack Sparrow? I was having a drink with him when the guy showed uo, making comments about diseased wenches and such. Levette, I think his name was."

Kim shakes her head to both. "I don't believe I've met them. Have you met lots of interesting people?"

"Hmmm....I've met several wizards, two gods, a faery, a trio of tricksters, a demon, a demon slayer, an air-force official..." She grins. "Yeah, it's been interesting."

Kim grins. "I haven't met any gods yet."

"There's a purple one, called Asar-Suti. Or Sooty, as he likes to be called. He's a real sweetheart. And there's one that is white and likes to lounge around as a cat, called Yrael. He's also really sweet. And his human form is hot." She grins devilishly.

"A hot cat?" Kim grins at that. "I keep meaning to meet new um, people."

"Hot in human form, at least." She snorts at Kim's words. "I'm sure he'd be glad to 'meet' you."

"Oh no, I've got a boyfriend." She smiles a little at that.

"Oops. My mistake. Who is he?"

She grins. "His name's Chase. We worked together."

"Chase Edmund? I think I've met him." She smiles.

ooc: And I was approved for being Grissom. *evil grin*

"Edumnds. Yeah. He's a little hard to miss." She smiles a little.

"Nice guy." She smiles back.

ooc: and all I have to do is figure out when I want to bring him in...

"He really is. You know how people talk about 'one of the good ones'? Well that's Chase."

"Good to hear. People like him are becoming a rarity now."

"Do you have a boyfriend back home?"

She shakes her head. "No...the last one I had ended up cheating on me. I've met some nice guys here though."

"There are lots of nice guys, here." Kim agrees. "Probably some not so nice ones too. Well, that's good, at least you don't miss him when you're here."

"The guy isn't worth missing," Sara agrees. "I'm not exactly looking for someone but--" again Barry enters her mind--"I won't object if, well, I do."

"I've heard that Milliways likes pairing up people. It's kind of a bar quirk."

Sara giggles. "Well, that could certainly explain some things that've happened."

"Some things?" Kim's curious.
