Val is sitting at a table, scribbling furiously. She seems frustrated, but not as pissed off as she was last night. Every so often, she closes her eyes, puts on a pair of headphones and leans back, seemingly trying to memorize some music.

Val turns and pets the Pegasus gently, grinning. "Well, hello, there Melina. Where's your mommy?"

Helen smiles and follows Melina over to Val. "Hi there. How is everything for you?"

Val grins, waving a hand at the other seats at her table. "Hey, Helen. Have a seat if you'd like. I'm doing well. How's about you?"

Helen takes a seat happily, setting her tray on the table. "I've been alright, helping with the renovation." She produces an apple for Melina.

"How are wedding plans going?" she asks, excitedly.

Val grins. "I've heard the renovations are going well. What have you been doing?" She looks a bit sheepish. "Wedding planning's going well. It's going to be postponed, cause, um, the date kinda crept up on me."

Helen smiles. "I have been counting up all the stuff, making sure all the parts are there. It's actually harder work than it sounds..." Her eyes grow wide. "Awwww, I know planning can be hard. When will it be now?"

Melina tries out the paper on the table. I wonder how this tastes...

"Oh, Melina, you don't really want to eat that." She attempts to rescue her paper from the Pegasus' mouth. "Well, sounds like you've been really useful." A grin. "I dont' know when it'll be, actually, Probably another week or so. I need to talk to Luke."

Helen Snaps her fingers and Melina returns to her side, returning Val's notebook to Val. "Well, I still look forward to it! I hope it all goes well. Time is always a bit tricky..."

Val just grins at the Pegasus, eyes twinkling. "Time is tricky around here. It'll be soon, though. Luke and I really don't want to wait too long."

Helen grins. "I have a feeling the rest of the bar is pretty excited about the wedding too. I assume it will be out at the lake?"

Val nods. "At least I think it will be. I haven't really gotten that far yet." She grins. "Seems like the best place to have it, for size considerations and all." She blushes a bit. "I hope they're excited. Luke and I want everyone there, to help us celebrate our marriage and everything."

Helen grins. "I will definitely be there. I promise."

Her eyes twinkle. "Wonderful. I can't wait, really. It'll be so beautiful."

"Oh I am sure it will." Helen grins brightly as always.
