(no subject)

Cole's downstairs schmoozing and carousing. Come talk to him.

[OOC]Mun is doing taxes for the first time. So if there happen to be long spans of absence, he's beating his head against a wall. Woohoo!!! Refunds!!! [/OOC]

A sly smile painted over his face as he pondered what kind of nightmare he might have had. "Well, that does sound exciting. Although not really the kind of excitement I usually look for." He gave the man a subtle leer, but restrained it. The man said wife, and there was no real need to be rude. He knocked back his scotch and ordered another. "So, what else is there to do around here?"

"Bound here? Hm. I'm not entirely sure how I ended up here. I still tihnk it might have been a bad trip, but someone mentioned that it can show up in your closet, so who knows. Perhaps the backrooms of Babylon has a portal to this bar. I haven't quite sorted out how to get back, it's been interesting enough that I haven't quite worked up the motivation to leave. Although if I keep hitting on straight guys there will come a need," he teased.

"That door?" he asked as he gestured to it and smiled. "I have to admit I've been trying to catch glances as to where it went. Somewhere familiar to me. That could almost be daunting," he laughed as he set the glass down. "Only if you let me get the next round. So how does one get bound here? I know my ideas of what bound would be and I don't see nearly that much leather on you."

"If it's any consolation, you are by far the most animate stiff I've ever met," he quipped as he watched the drinks refill and sipped at his.

"Something crucial. Hm. I wonder if this is punishment. Trap me with sexy hetero men so that I can learn to have more than a five minute conversation. Or maybe I'm dead. Die young and leave an attractive corpse?" he asked as he raised his glass to give a morbid toast to that concept.

"That sounds great. Although I don't know Mike or Indy, are these the people to get to know?" He was long past hitting on Cole, he knew that wasn't going to happen. But there was nothing wrong with littering the conversation with compliments, particularly when they were sincerely given. "Is it an open party? Not that I'm completely averse to crashing when necessary, but no need to make a goon of myself if it isn't."

"Oh, the turtle. Some people get really into their furry fetish," he said with an incredulous shake of his head and a quick sip to cover it up. "Kinky as I can be, reptile love isn't on my to-do list."

Holding up his glass, he examined the amber fluid and then finished it off and bought another round. "And there's a particular room to show up in? I'm giving consideration to bringing my... Justin back with me if there's a way out and then back in. A quick question... if you're dead and that's how you got here, do you know that before you arrive or do you have to find out?"

Brian blinked for a moment and then looked to the side with his brows up. Actually a turtle? He'd ask but... sometimes you just don't want to know. He made a mental note of the suite number and nodded.

"Exotic death? I had planned an exotic death for myself, although I suppose Micheal Hutchence beat me to it," he said, smirking at his beat joke. "I'd hate to be rude and ask about it, but I wouldn't stop you talking. Well, I don't recall dying. That's good news, at least. And aging.... does that happen here?"
