There's an Ace in the bar! No, really.
She's got a mug of cocoa and a warm spot by the fire, a book that she's almost finished, and a boyfriend who's... somewhere. Ah well. Three out of four isn't bad.

"Oh. Hey." She grins. Then a thought strikes her from behind, mugs her, and leaves her to bleed in a dark alley.
"Hey, that Grissom guy of yours was here last night. Wants you to call him. He seemed pretty worried."
