[walks into Milliways, looking tired but quite happy with himself. There are still paint-stains on his fingers]

[flips another coin at the bar (making a mental note to hunt around for paying commissions) and finds his normal table.]

[leaves his sketchbook in his statchel and just watches the bar, idly drinking]

So, once she got over the shock of seeing you, is your sister staying here or...?

*beams* Yes, she is. ~~At least for now.~~

[smiles] You must be happy.

Oh, I'm thrilled.

[gives him a long look of mild amusement]

*smiles at him some more, still very cheerful*

Can I get you anything, Sario?

[grins]

Another drink?

*drops a gold coin on the bar*

Done.

Grazzo! [finishes his first drink and takes the second.]

*shrugs*

Have as many as you like. It's on me.

I won't have that many, I just haven't been drunk for a long time...[shots Thom a glance]

You'll have none?

*shrugs* Probably not.

Oh? Why not?

No reason.

[swings his feet off the table and leans closer]

Really? Just not interested? You could think of it as an experiment.

I've performed that experiment before.

*hesitates* Drink.

[grins broadly at him]

Excellent.

*orders a red wine, looking slightly uneasy*

[takes a drink from his glass, watching Thom with barely hidden amusement]

*drinks* So how are you tonight?
