Out by the lake: Elaine's sword lesson

*Alanna stands by the lake, humming and examining a set of throwing knives. Elaine's next sword lesson is scheduled to start soon, and Alanna keeps an eye on the bar door in the hopes that George, Svava and Archie put in an appearance as well.*

*Alanna snorts.* Trust me, Milliways is nothing if not humbling. I'm secure in my position as the Lioness in Tortall, but I would be a fool not to take the opportunity to learn from those more skilled than me. Angel and Lady Death have already taught me the very meaning of humility. Why not add a slayer to the list? *She winks.* No, I would honestly like you to join. Svava and Elaine deserve the best instruction we can give them.
