Wolf helps post-torture Ron and celebrates with Garion (not at the same time)
Wolf comes out of the kitchen, wiping his hands on his pants.
He's been wearing modern clothes more often lately. He likes them. Therefor, he is wearing very dark blue Dockers, and a red t-shirt.
He's also been working more often lately.
No, no particular reason why. No, it doesn't have anything to do with Tim's death.
Anyways.
Wolf comes out of the kitchen, wiping his hands dry on his pants, and decides to order a glass of water.
He hasn't been quite as hungry lately, either.

Blood dribbled from the corner of his mouth down his chin and he was shaking so violently, it could only be called shuddering. He briefly scanned the floor until he found his wand, then turned to look around the room with red-rimmed eyes, his face stricken with horror and looking lost all at the same time. His shoulders both twitched slightly and his clothes were messy and unkempt, though not torn or anything.
If it weren't for the fact that the only blood was coming from his mouth, and there wasn't a bruise on him, it would have looked like someone had beaten him up--or maybe even tortured him.

Shit.
Rushing over, Wolf stops before actually reaching the teen. He doesn't want to startle Ron, or scare him. He knows how people react when they've been hurt.
"Ron," he half-asks.

Wolf is very unhappy right now.
But there is no anger in his face, his tone, his appearance or manner at all as he slowly reaches for Ron. His voice is low, and somewhere between almost-humming and almost-breathed. "How about we get you a glass of water and to a seat."

If Wolf can smell when someone's lying, Ron's reeking of lies.

"Right." Still soothing, but he obviously Does Not Believe Him and is not going to back down. "Ron, let's sit down." Wolf has his hand, warm and still slightly dishpan-y, placed against Ron's arm. "I think you need it."

"I bit my tongue," he said, burbling slightly because of the blood in his mouth.

"Here," he says, setting it down on the table. The water in the bowl has an analgesic in it. "Get the cloth wet and suck on it for a little while. It will help."

"Ron." He's waiting for Ron to meet his eyes.

"Ron, they can't hurt you now."

He might go and talk to somebody about it when he's done here.
But for now, he needs to stay with Ron. As long as he's here, the person will, most likely, leave Ron alone. And Ron needs to know that somebody is looking out for him.
"Yes, sometimes it is; how's your tongue doing?" By now it should be getting fairly numb.

pissedconcerned."Maybe you should get someone to look at it for you."
He'll be damned if he's just going to sit around and do nothing.
He just has to figure it out.

Ron was master of the quick change.

Wolf takes a sip of his glass of water. "Not really that bad."
Because Gaston is Not to be Discussed, unless it's to give him a reason to tear the guy apart.

Wolf pauses. "He's been bothering Hermione?" Virginia had told him about her. She sounded like a charming girl.
Hmm. Maybe that wasn't a very good thing to tell Wolf.
Or, maybe, from another perspective, it was.

No, he really doesn't look happy at all.
"I think we need to tell somebody about this."
And from the rather dark sound of his voice, he doesn't really sound that happy either.
