Lord Peter has had an eventful evening, and really only wants some light reading.
"Bar?" he says, quite innocently. "May I have something to read in bed, please, and a cup of warm milk?"
The milk appears first. The book, its plain red cover deceptively innocent, appears shortly after. Peter carries both of them upstairs, and settles in to read himself into fatigue.
Two minutes later there is a thump, and uproarious laughter as Peter shouts the title joyously --
"THE KA-MAI SUTRA?"
