For all we know, he could be someplace else entirely - most of the dead can't leave Milliways, but he clearly can, since you say he normally goes 'home'.

If he is not here, then he is there. If he is not there, then he is here. If he is neither here, nor there, then he is not anywhere any longer. And I know this is not true. He is ignoring me. He must be punished for such impudence.

Paul seems pretty damn good at breaking any rule there is, the restrictions on the dead here included; I wouldn't be suprised if he did wind up someplace else. Frankly, I don't blame him for avoiding you.

You may not wish to try. The last time they tried to attack him, it torched the bar. Insubstantial enemies are tougher to handle than the soft and fleshy type.
