After some in-bar discussion earlier, Ray retired to his room to check on some experiments and make up for lost sleep. He's awake properly now, and wearing the equations T-shirt. And he's got dinner and a couple of small grey possibly electronic things on his table, along with the creepy green opalescent soda stuff. Come say hi!

[Summary: EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEBABYDINOSAURSEEEEEEEEE!!! Ray once again displays all the survival instincts of an eggplant as he finds first one, then two, then three baby Utahraptors clustering about his table. They get fed, watered, and played with, and then momma shows up, so she gets fed too. The babies get named Scribble, Kona, and Tiger, and Scribble decides that she likes playing tug-of-war with Ray, which is good, because he likes playing it too.

Donatello shows up at the sight of Ray's T-shirt, and there is discussion of general geekery, then ghost geekery, before Donatello realizes who Ray is. Then Ray breaks out the Map of Milliways Patrons' Worlds and OMG TECHNO FOO. Slowtimed for now.

And Lysistrata comes around, and she and Ray chat, and the possibility is planted in Lysistrata's mind of visiting New York City. Ray indicates that the status of women in his time is fairly high compared to Athens in Lysistrata's day. There is also much discussion of the fact that the Greek playwrights and philosophers are still remembered and taught in the schools in Ray's time, which pleases Lysistrata to no end.]

Scribble hops backwards with the rope and gives it a shake, then hops forward again. She lets it rest against the ground for a moment, keeping her jaws on it and watching Ray.

Scribble squeaks and yanks thr rope back as he reaches for it, bouncing from foot to foot. Raptor faces aren't made for expression, but the noises she's making sound pleased.

"Rrt!" Scribble dances back again, still aiming to tease with the rope. Mine! Raptor Red eyes ray and Scribble lazily for a moment, then turns her attention back to a wrestling Kona and Tiger.

"Yeep!" Scribble is surprised to find the rope grabbed, but then tugs back, as fierce as ever. It seems that she's fond of this tug-o-war game.

The chick does her best to dig her claws in, but she's still dragged. He's bigger and stronger than she is, after all. As the rope is let go, she bounces back, lifting up at the rope and chirping to Raptor Red. Red chrips back and eyes Scribble, then yawns.

Scribble hops forward again, shaking the rope in Ray's direction. Her head tilts to the side slightly as she peers up at Ray, shifting her weight from foot to foot. "Yeep!"

Raptor Red yawns again. "Snnhrr." Kona and Tiger hop over to her, climbing onto her back or curling up against her side. Apparently, Red is at ease enough in the bar to consider it a good napping spot.

It seems that Scribble is the minature stripey death version of the Energizer Bunny-while her mother and sibs are tired out, shes still wide awake and raring to go. She lets him grab the rope, then tugs back.

"Rrr! Rrrt! Yeep!" Scribble bounces as she tugs back, gigging her claws as best she can into the floor. She still scrabbles to try and keep her balance, though.

Sure enough, she does and manages to hold her ground. Scribble may be small, but it seems that she's not lacking in brains. "Yeep!"

"Yeep!" Scribble drops the rope and pounces on the jerky, gobbling it down in fast gulps. She glances over to her sleeping mother and siblings for a moment, making sure no one will try to steal her food.

Scribble hops closer, chirping as she goes closer to take the offering.
