[OOM: Peter and Johnny talk in Venkman's Room, Millitimed to Sunday evening]
Peter picked up Ray's note on his way to the Bar. Dinosaurs. That figured. Why not? Place was already a zoo as it stood.
Even with that information, Peter arrived in the Bar area, with an expression that can be interpreted simply as 'How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Learn to Love Milliways.' He was also dressed in a Ghostbusters coverall, though not the kind he was used to.
First of all, it was a gold lamé coverall. It had his name stitched on the left hand side, but the no ghost symbol patch on the arm looked to have been in a fight with a Bedazzler tool, and lost.
So much for asking the Bar for getting his old uniform. (It also passed along a matching Speedo to go with the coveralls, but Peter decided to nix that idea for the time being.)
So he grabbed his usual mug of coffee, and found a handy table to sit at.
((OOC Summary:
When Peter met April. April O' Neil that is, and the pair chatted about the strangeness of the Bar, ninja turtles, and a little casual flirting, at least from Peter's end.
Peter and Michelle also talk as Michelle relates her troubles while Venkman listens.))

Peter then grinned, "And my reputation's preceded me, I see. All of the good rumors you've heard of my excellence are true."
He took her hand, and gave it a brief kiss, "Pleasure to meet you, Ms. O'Neil."

"Charmed," she replied, and motioned to the empty seat across from him. "May I?"
no subject
He nodded, and gestured to the seat, "Of course." He studied her a moment.
"So, new girl in town, I take it?"
no subject
"Something like," April quipped in reply, taking a seat. "Got here the first time on Friday, but I've been hearing about this place for awhile."

He added, "Dealt with some freaky-deaky ghosts and gods in my line of work, but nothing like in here."

She paused, and then added. "Oh, and they're also ninja. But they're ninja regardless of whether they are turtles or not."

She leaned forward a bit, going serious a moment. "I'm not a turtle," she clarified.

He studied her, and grinned approvingly, "Well, you're certainly not shaped like one. And not like you go in for the terrarium decor at your place, right?"

Peter then added, "So, seriously, things have been better for you?"

She gives him a small smile, since she hasn't had the onversation with Tony yet. "For me, at least. I'm trying not to think about what I can't change."

"A few weeks ago, a friend's daughter saw the Door and went through it. However, she wound up in an alternate version of the reality she'd left. Her boyfriend, who is also here, had found out about the future from people in the bar who had already experienced it. Somehow he...changed the future and a virus that we'd managed to stop from spreading got out."
no subject
"That's a lot to deal with. What happened to him when he found this out?"

"I'd say he reacted really badly if he wanted his mind erased. There's no way for him to avoid making the same mistakes going that way."
((OOC: Sorry for not replying sooner. Slowtime's always good since the way my schedule is, char's have to operate on slowtime as it is.))
