Chris is down in the bar, at the Bar.

She orders a salad and some lemonade. For a moment she's tempted to get something alcoholic but sensibility wins out. Besides, the Bar is moving slow enough with the orders as it is.

Chris grabs a fork and starts poking at her salad. Maybe she'll actually eat some of it. You can come talk to her if you want, she might actually talk back.

"Probably," she says with a nod.

"How are you?"

"I'm all right. You?"

"I'm ok," she says with a shrug. She's getting a little more comfortable with lying.

"How's Michelle?" Diversionary tactic or genune interest? You decide.

Something's a little off with Chris, Tony can tell, but he's prevented by his unwillingness to share his problems to pry into the problems of others. That, and the mention of Michelle lifts his mood and makes him feel as if he's taken a sip of sweet and bubbly alcohol.

"She's good." He grins a little.

"That's good," she smiles.

"What are you waiting on?" Chris asks, when she realizes Tony's order hasn't arrived yet.

"Picnic food."

"You and Michelle are going on a picnic?"

"Yeah. We are." He grins.

"That sounds nice. The weather's perfect for it."

He nods. "We're trying to spend some more time together before we have to leave."

"Leave?"

"To live out our future. We'll be back."

"Are you all leaving?"

And by this she means, 'Is Jack leaving too?'

"Michelle and I are leaving. Not sure about anyone else."

Chris nods but the uncomfortable feeling in her stomach remains.

"Good luck."

"Thanks," he says, giving her a very observant look. "What have you been up to?"

"Not a lot," she shrugs.

"Something still bothering you?"

"I think I might be coming down with something."

"Like what? A cold?"

Or a case of "what was I thinking"?

"I think so," she nods.

Or Isleptwithmyfather'skilleritis.

"Hmm. Hope you feel better, then."

"Thanks."
