Viktor comes downstairs, half-reading a book as he does so. Because of this, he doesn't notice the darkened colour of the bar itself - so when he swings onto a stool and orders a mug of rooibos tea, it takes the extended tea-less pause for him to catch on.

Looking up at last, he frowns at the bar. Again he asks, "Tea?" but there is nothing.

Viktor knows a thing or two about sympathetic magic.
