The puppy remembers this fellow. Remembered that he liked dogs. Maybe he would be able to help, or at least get him food. The bar had taken to giving him dry dogfood whenever he barked at it.

He approaches Carrot slowly, tail wagging gently. He sits in front of him, looks up, and "Arf" he says very eloquently.

Carrot blinks at the dog.

He does like dogs, so he ruffles Vago's ears, smiling Carrotly.

"Can I help you?"
