Lady of the Lake

Aeryn heads outside to take a look at the lake. Since she was staying here for a while it wouldn't do any harm to see some of the sights mentioned to her. She sits down by the lake and gazing over it's glittering expanse feels a twinge next to her heart. Why couldn't he be here to enjoy it with her?
