KARR wanders down the stairs in human form, only to immediately take car form as soon as he's reached the bar itself. His scanner flares for a moment, then settles into a steady, placid movement as he begins to drive. He's in a good mood today, and for once feels like just driving, rather than announcing his happiness by annoying the crap out of people.
