In a booth, Charlie is trying to feed Seth from a jar of crushed plums. Seth has several purple-ish blobs on his face, and has gotten very little of the fruit into his mouth. Woe.

Charlie takes Seth out of the carrier and holds him against his shoulder so he can stroke and pat his back.

"I suppose that's a good word for it. He's kind of . . . well, Seth's mum likes him."

"Perhaps I should try and ask him about what happened to my former god..." Ginevra muses, gently touching the very soft hair on little Seth's hair, and getting to her feet.

Still, not a speck of plum on her dress, she notices, discreetly checking her skirts.

Charlie stands--it's good manners, after all, and Ginevra is clearly a lady, somewhere. "Pleasure to meet you. Say good night, Sethie."

Seth yawns and rubs his eyes.

Ginevra smiles to them both. "Sleep well, little Seth," she says. "And I hope to see both of you soon."

She inclines her head to them, and goes.
