Jane's been in the bar for a while, sitting at one of the tables with her sketchbook. For once, though, she hasn't been drawing all that much - she's been working on a note.
It's time she headed back home and actually finished off that semester of school she'd needed the break from.
Once she's done, she tears the page out of her sketchbook, folds it, and leaves it with the bar.
Mark, here's the key to my room, if you want it. If you don't, just give it back to the bar, I'm not that attached to it.
See you when I get a chance to come back.

The key is in the fold of the paper, and the bottom of the page is a sketch of Mark in filmmaker mode.
That done, she heads out the door.
