With the slow, reverse-fade flicker of an old black and white movie starting, Dream appears in the bar.
By the time he has chosen to sit, so has his ever-shifting throne and with a faint expression of one sort or another (it is rather hard to tell the emotion in stars) he watches the patrons.
Morgan is very herself, April brings up Raph and gets rescued by Mike, and Meredeth is overwhelmed.

She drops a curtsy.

He returns a nod.

"May I join you, my lord?"

He says quietly, and gestures to a chair.

"You feel similar to Desire...are hisherits brother?"

Another nod, and the faintest of smiles.
"Who else would I be?"
no subject
"Someone else?"

"Hello," April greeted, her margarita poised in one hand.

There is a faint smile of greeting in return; the smile of someone who has seen you recently but doesn't expect you to know who he is.

Without moving he somehow manages to provide the feeling of a bow.
"I am Dream, of the Endless."

He says it mildly, and waves a hand. She may feel free to sit.

He asks with mild curiosity, and no apparent anger at her confusion. Most people are confused within seconds of attempting to talk to Dream.

"Good evening"

He murmurs with a faint nod.

"..Do..do I know you?"
Quiet
no subject
He's terribly reassuring, isn't he?
no subject
"You do? how so?"
no subject
He says it simply, and with another nod of his head.

She sounds confused, but there's a vague remembrance in her eyes

He doesn't bother to say it firmly. One look in the folds of the nightmare robe, one glance into the stars of his eyes, make it obvious. He is Dream. Not a god thereof, but the personification thereof.
