[OOM: In which Dr Robert Chase attempts to burn the midnight oil]
He tugged the door open, head down, eyes to the floor.
Something wasn't right. He pulled his head up, looking around.
He knew his boss liked to drink, but since when did he turn his office into a full service bar? When did he have time?
Chase blinked, trying to clear his mind.
He was hallucinating, that's all.
Riiiiight.
Come, you know you want to break in the newbie. At the very least, laugh at his perplexed expression. Mock his confusion, or ihs accent.

He shrugs.
"A different world. The last doctor I met was from Earth. Is that your home?"

"I'm not sure how I feel about him being here." I can't even escape him in my hallucinations. Or is it a nightmare? Maybe it's crossed the line over to nightmare now.

He shrugs again.
"If you prefer to separate this from your work, avoiding him will be a simple enough task."

"That's...wild."

He smiles.
"The number's written on the key, and the rooms are up those stairs--"
He points in the correct direction.

The man reminds him of what a father should be like. Sort of.
"It was...a pleasure mneeting you."
no subject
He smiles, looking, yes, rather fatherly.
"But I think you need to sleep."
no subject
"I would like to meet you again. You've been very...Helpful."
no subject
He makes a shooing gesture.
"Go on, then. You look dead on your feet."
