Lucy is entirely capable of being social.
She just happens to also be the sort of person who can be just as happy, generally speaking, by herself. (So long as there's tea, at least, but really, that's a given.)
So it's been about two weeks since she was last in the bar, but she's back. With tea.
She's also attempting to quilt, which she's fairly certain she was good at once upon a time.
She's not now.
She is, in fact, very bad at quilting now, which is a bit frustrating, as she distinctly remembers one of the fauns teaching her how to do so at least decently.
It's entirely possible some not-very-ladylike words are being muttered under her breath.

He smiles, and idly traces patterns on the back of the chair.
The bubbles begin, very faintly, to change colors.

He tilts his head.
"Would you learn how to do such a thing?"

"If you can work a cat's cradle, it should be possible to do this. It is a simple thing, in truth. Already some here have learned it."

He pulls two clumps of it from his pockets, and untangles them. He hands one to her.
"So. The first thing is to define the thing you wish to change."
He tilts his head.
"Will you change the bubbles, or your hair, or something else?"

"It is easily done, yes. Should you care to practice, you may mimic me. It is most likely easiest."
He moves his hands slowly, setting up the initial pattern.

He shows her, slowly. When she catches on, he also demonstrates blue, purple, and a very very pale pink.
"Are there other colors you would like to know?"
no subject
"Oh, no, that's lovely. Thank you for showing me, Raven."

"It is a pleasure. I like to teach."

"You are very much welcome. I like you quite well, Lucy Pevensie."
