So, right. Kon hasn't been in the bar for a month because he's been isolating himself, and it must have been inclined to agree with him and not call him in, either. Probably because he would have just turned around and walked right back out. But recently, he's been contacted by two people close to him: first Raven, and then Tim. And he's not intending on isolating himself anymore.

He's not even thinking about the bar, yet. He hasn't had the time. But heading out of this with Tim, intending on going back to the house... well. The bar snuck up on them, as it tends to do. And the barn door, instead of yielding the outside, yielded a bar instead.

"...dude." Kon blinks in surprise, just staring for a moment. "This isn't where we're supposed to be..."

Not that he's complaining.

"Howja guess?" Steph grins, wryly. "I can't help it. I have to worry about you. You get into all sorts of trouble, and I can't be there to help you any more."

"I always get through it," Tim said with a shrug of his shoulders. And he did. Physically, anyway. His body always healed.

"Just worry about yourself more, and I'll try to keep out of trouble," he told her with a faint smile.

"I'll try to keep him outta trouble too." Key word being try. Nobody could really force Tim to do anything he didn't want to do. That wasn't because he was a bat, but just because he was him.

"You do that, Kon," Steph says, grinning. "You might have to lock him up in Arkham, though. And I bet he'd even get into trouble there." She eyes Tim. "Maybe we could just keep him here. Although I kinda doubt that'd stop the trouble."

"Well, if Connor's there, I don't think I'd protest too much," Tim said oh-so-innocently. Because hey, he liked Ollie's son. They had done some jobs together.

"In Arkham? Why would he be there?" What, had the guy randomly gone insane or something? You sure missed a lot if you were gone a month.

"Maybe he means here," Steph says. "I met Connor. Sat on his lap, played with his hair, y'know." She looks very innocent.

Steph did what? Poor Connor. He must have been surprised and horrified. Not because it was Steph, but because it was an unknown girl.

"Scaring innocent superheroes, Steph?"

Kon blinks, then laughs. "Do you do this a lot, Steph?"

"Oh, every so often," Steph says, grinning. "But that time it was just so he wouldn't notice Dick was replacing his arrows with sparkly trick ones. We're not evil," she adds quickly. "...just ... wait, it was evil, wasn't it."

"Very evil," Tim said in a grave fashion. However, he was far from serious. That much was probably obvious.

"So wait.. does that mean he was firing arrows at bad guys and getting weird stuff out of them?" That was how the trick arrows worked, right?

"Training, with one of the women here," Steph says, looking innocent. "Apparently she liked the sparkly stuff."

"I heard that he shot at a bugluar and a pair of boxers came out of his arrows," Tim added. How did he know? He just did. Do not question a Bat!

"I don't know if that's funny or worrying." The look on the burglar's face must have been priceless, though. Heh.

"Ooh," Steph says, biting her lip suddenly. "I hope he was okay. We kinda assumed he'd use them in the bar, but that could've been dangerous if he didn't know when they got out." She looks anxious. "He didn't, did he? It's been like a month for you guys. He's still okay?"

One day she will learn to think about consequences before she takes action. But it is not this day.
