Petra sits with her drink infront of her and a mindless book before her. It was a soda pop, not water or juice like she usualy drinks. IT has caffine in it too!

Bonzo grins.

"Told ya."

He shakes his head for a moment, though.

"How much time -do- you spend in here, anyway?"

Petra starts to add up the time in her head before she starts to spit our numbers.

"I think... it's been almost two years here. Iusualy come, stay for a month, maybe every once a week. Sometimes more depending on how things are going at home."

Bonzo nods agreeably.

"I'll probably try and do the same...come to the bar when it lets me, and stay for a while."

There's a moment of thought there.

"I have to wonder just how different my world is going to be from yours...how different can they be, anyway?"

Petra shrugs. "No idea. I'm sure there is at least one less tomb stone in your world though."

Bonzo nods.

"I mean, aside from that."

"Who knows? You still have the buggers... and the posiblity of attack. And the fact that there -is- a fleet going to meet them. I wonder who will lead them?"

Petra arches one eyebrow at Bonzo.

"There's always Ender."

Bonzo says that without malace, partly because it's the truth.

"And you. And Dink. And the others."

Petra nods.

"I suppose. Ender might still save your world, without the xenocide."

Bonzo nods.

"That wouldn't be a bad result, now, would it?"

"Maybe. Just so long as they are demoralized enough never to bother you again."

Bonzo nods.

"Annihilation isn't a prerequisite to peace in your book, then, I take it?"

"Not exactly. I wouldn't be very happy with anyone who attacked me. Thus, I'm rather glad that the buggers were destroyed."

Petra knows Bonzo doesn't agree. Bully for him.

Bonzo also knows what it's like to be on the wrong end of annihilation. Petra does not.

"I wouldn't be, either. The problem is being in the shoes of the one who got beaten."

"Well, as they'd be six feet under it really wouldn't matter now would it?"

Petra asks. Really, she has no tact.

"It wouldn't matter that I'm six feet under, either, would it?"

Tact for two, please.

"Well... Where I'm from you rather are."

"Does that matter to you at all?"

Petra shrugs slightly.

"I know you live here, so the Bonzo that died over there matters little to me. I rather like you better."

Bonzo grins.

"Thanks. The Bonzo over there also died in my world, in a way...I just replaced him."

That's said with a smile on his face, though it's a strange smile...

Petra decides not to comment on the smile.

"Well, if my Bonzo had gone through the change that you did I would be more willing to have him living."

"Point taken. But...yours obviously just walked into the bathroom, without any delays."

He pauses.

"Now, about you calling me a Force-crazed Jedi nut..."

Petra looks mildly innocent.

"Yes?"

"Why did you call me that?"

Petra shrugs,

"Because you are. You are completly and utterly obsessed with the jedi."

"I'd hardly call myself obsessed with them."

Pause.

"I find their philosophy to be somewhat more acceptable than Hyrum Graff's, however."
