Chase, yawning, slouches down the stairs and takes a seat at the bar. "Just coffee and some toast, thanks."
The Bar obliges. Next to the toast, however, a small cupcake with a candle on it also materializes, with the number 27 written on it in frosting.
Chase blinks. It takes a few sips of coffee for this to register.
"Oh!" He grins, and bites into the cupcake. "Thanks, Bar."
Anyone want to come wish Chase a happy birthday?

He trails off, helplessly. And has absolutely nothing else he can say.
"We're fictional? What the fuck, Ryan?"

"Fuck." He leans slowly against the bar. "What's this show like? You've seen it?"

It didn't change what he thought of her.
"It's pretty accurate," he says with a slight wince, remembering the episode. "It seems like a good show. I never watched much tv but - the production values and all that were good. Looked more like a movie."
He takes a deep breath. "The, uh, actors were all spot-on too."

He exhales slowly. Actors. God.
"Did they look much like us? The actors?"

"It was before you were at CTU."

He tries to decide whether that would be a good thing or a bad thing, and leans towards the former.

He sighs. "What was the episode you saw about?"

"Did it have everyone? Like, who were the main characters?"

He sighs. "I might have to watch this at some point." He doesn't sound as though he relishes the prospect.
