Tim is there, at his table. Sign up. "WELCOME TO MILLIWAYS. MAY I BE OF SERVICE?"
But besides that, he seems to be running some form of simulation. On the table in front of him are several dozen Tim Hunter Action Figured. Yes, they're the ones DC made, he got them from the bar. He also has what looks like a Mini worm hole stationed in the center of the table. He keeps enchanting the action figures, hten sending them through the wormhole. Someone might be curious why.

"No, no place near. The remains of Earth are a couple quatrillion light years from this point."
He raises his hand to point at one secion of the Window, right before it explodes.
"That bit that just went nova."

Or...perhaps this man with his strange little dolls is not mad at all.
"So, if I were to walk out the door by which I entered, I would find myself in empty space?" She peers at the Window he has just shown her. "And this is quite extraordinary. What is it exactly? If you don't mind my asking."

He glances up again.
"It's a window."

One thing he said has made her a bit nervous. "IF I can leave?" she asks. Oh dear. If she should mysteriously disappear, Mary and Charles and the London crowd would be most distressed. Would they suspect the Starkadders of tossing her down the well?

"Oh lordie, no. This is in no way the Faerie realm. I should know, my mother is Queen Titania. This is more of a waypoint, between all the worlds."
Tim points at the front door.
"Not everyone can leave through that door. Some people get Bound."

"I see," she says, slowly. She decides not to even try (for now) to address the suject of the man's parentage. "So, were I to walk out that door, I would find myself on the street in Beershorn Halt. Unless I become Bound? Is there a way to avoid that? It's not that I don't find Milliways wonderfully diverting, but if I'm not back at the Farm by dinner, Cousin Amos and Cousin Judith will--well, I'm not sure what they'd do actually. But I'd hate to cause a fuss."
"And I'm sorry," she adds. "I've been terribly rude. My name is Miss Poste."
no subject
He nods.
"No way to stop it, if it happens. The Landlords are fickle."

Flora looks at the door, and, trying not to sound too eager, "May I come back, do you think?"
ooc: Flora's mun hates to have to run, but she's facing the Day from Hell at work tomorrow and needs to hit the sack. She's had a lot of fun chatting though

He nods.
"You shall, I'm sure."
