Eddie sat at one of the tables, a plate of grilled cheese sandwiches and a soda in front of him, along with a large bowl of soup. He was working at eating all of it while reading. It was a newspaper, and it was from his own time, just after his departure. The reports had left him rather somber, but he was surviving.
