It's raining torrentially in Holby, and a chilly gust of wind breezes through the bar as Guppy comes in, soaked to the skin. He slops his hair back and goes straight through to check on Peter and Nina.
He comes out, slightly confused at the apparent change in his condition. Then he sits down with his sign up, in case there's anyone been missed.
The doctor is in
Have you or someone you know been experiencing strange symptoms, particularly involving the mind? Have you experienced an unexplained change in shape, appearance or species that occurred BEFORE halloween weekend? Please talk to me.
Now and again he glances around for anyone who knows what the hell is going on.

Thus, he is confronted with what might be a girl, but for a complete lack of sexual characteristics.
"You're wet."
no subject
"Hello. Yes, it was raining back home."
He smiles. "I'm Guppy. What's your name?"

"I don't think you should eat that. You might choke. Can you tell me what a pikachu is?"
He's met Pikachu once, gave him some cheese. But he forgot the name.

"Ummm... I have a picture! It's of me!" It scrambles over to That Table Over There, rummages through the piles of papers beneath, and scurries back bearing a sketch someone did of a Vey Cute Beastie.
"See?" It looks very proud.
no subject
"Oh yeah, I remember. When did you change Pikachu?"

"And were you by any chance involved in the war against the Other a while ago?"
no subject
A beat.
"I can't zap people now. Are you a magic person? That guy said magic people can fix me."

"Curses, Bah, what are they good for? Nothing."
he offers coffee tot he other man.
"Hi, Guppy."
no subject
When in doubt, caffeine will carry you through.
He rubs his forehead. "How up to date are you?"
no subject
he shakes his head, looking very tired too.
"I've been reasearching everything I could on curses and diseases that might eb similar, a long long night and morning."
no subject
He swigs the coffee. "Peter has had some sort of therapy by a seer last night that has bought him a little more time. The others I believe are stable. And still increasing in number."
He looks at Hank in concern. "When did you last sleep?"
no subject
"Great, a mystical war. Just what we need."
He sighs and grins weakly aty Guppy, looking innocent.
"No sleep for the weary my friend. I will catch some time Earthside, tonight. Or in the infirmary."
he eyes hte other man.
"And when did you sleep last?"
no subject
Well he spent most of the night here with Nina and Peter, then he went home for a bit because he got bleeped, and then he came back here again, and then he went home because he got bleeped again, and then it was Holby shift and then it was break and he came here to check on Peter, and then it was the other half of his shift and then he went to McDonalds and then he came here and...
"... I'm not entirely sure. I must have done at some point."

he chuckles.
"We are both of us, stubborn doctors. "
He shivers inside, thinking of this form he wore and trying very hard not to cvoncentrate on how very weird and dishonest it felt being human, how very wrong.
no subject
"They say we doctors are the worst patients. Never looking after ourselves properly."
He rubs his forehead again, trying to numb the pain. "It's like jetlag."
no subject
"I hope both of us manage to last through this madness."
no subject
He leans his aching head on his hand, aware that the room is starting to spin again.
"I think I can hold out a bit longer, but I'm not really feeling great. Keep getting dizzy."

Harry points at the sign, raises his eyebrows meaningfully, and gestures towards his throat.
no subject
"Ah, okay."
He gets out a pen and paper and passes them over to Harry.
"I'm Guppy, what's your name?"
