*There's an Andrew in the bar.*
*He's looking for some answers, or at least for some help in finding some.*

She's sitting in front of the fire, rubbing her temples.

*He sits down next to her.*
You all right?

"I got whammied."

*His face changes with realization.*
Oh HELL no. The Other?

"He was pretending to be Tim's dad."

Hank McCoy and Magius of Krynn are searching for answers, too. before it is all too late.
(ooc: depending on how well Andrew's geek-fu is operating during all of this, he may recognize Hank's current form as looking exactly like the old humanform he wore befroe becoming blue and fuzzy, and also Hank is cannon-punctured, and knows of the comics.)

*He slows as he passes their table, in some curiosity.*

"hello."
The man who flickers glances up at him, before glancing away, as if at someone or soemthing, then he smiles too.
"Good even."

Sorry, I, uh ... couldn't help noticing all the books.

"Hank McCoy. This is Magius. We are working with Giles and Venkman on the research team"
No need to explain who those teams are about, not with one menace facing them squarely these days.
Magius grins, his eyes glinting silver.
"Hank is the Doctor, I am the mage. between us, we are trying to isolate specific types of curses, and relate them to the current ones. If we can find enough similarities, we might be able to break them."

There was a bottle (JD label) but instead of whiskey, it bore a reddish stone with a hole in it, steeped in holy water. There was another clear jar, containing swirling mists and sparkling lights. He seemed to be doing some comparisons between the two.

*Andrew steps up next to Giles, and eyes the pierced stone.*
Tell me that's not Tim's Opening stone.

That's probably how he reactivated her spell....
What's in the other jar?

He added, "I was informed by two young men, one of who was cursed with gradual invisibility, that this is a baby universe, given to the victim by the Other. The boy was becoming obsessed with it, and it somehow affected the other boy adversely."
He turned a page in one of his books, "The fact is, I felt these artifacts might end up being useful. They both contain the Other's magic. We might be able to harness them through inversion of their energy, and use it against him. Rho had expressed a similiar idea with one of those proton devices or packs I understand Dr. Stantz and Dr. Venkman normally use with their colleagues?"
no subject
*Andrew studies both the artifacts intently.*
It could be done, yeah. Jonathan would know how.

"I spoke to Dr. Venkman earlier. He's given me permission to do as much as I can with that PKE meter of Ray's. Also wants me to use the proton pack as necessary, which is good, because I don't think the Bar's going to give me a Knackerman or a Deatomizer or any other fun stuff like that."

*Andrew eyes the tiny rotisserie.*
