[ooc: no prob; it's not like the mun is trying to do homework while threading or anything, anyway.]
Her eyes fall half-closed, flashes of home skittering through her mind along with the music. Greenrainwet and the weight of her rifle in her hands-- "Where did you learn to play like that?"
It's entirely possible that she's blushing a little.
"Then I'm even more impressed." Rainwaterflowing and the Song Tra Bong the cleanwetlife smell of jungle after rain-- It's a testament to Yrael's skill that she only just now notices how very white he is.
"I don't believe we've met. I'm Mary Anne Bell. And you are?"
She would offer her hand to shake, but that would require him to stop playing.
*He is very, very white, indeed. An albino, really. White hair for all his youth, bone-pale skin, and very white teeth. He wears an impeccably pressed white button-down shirt, and white slacks. He is, however, resolutely barefoot. His only color lies in his eyes, which are unnaturally bright green catseyes.*
*There is, subtly, a very rainy sound to his music. Peaceful. Rain with nothing happening but the multitude of drops hitting the wide leaves of trees. The forest is silent except for the sound of the rain.*
*The music pours from the strings, let free by the bow, the raindrops coming together in a river that flows gently downstream, safely to the sea. There is peace in it, a deep peace within his music that brings the soul comfort.*
*It is safety, really. The feeling of slowly waking up on a cool morning, wrapped in a warm coccoon of blankets with a loved one's arm around you, knowing that the day promises to be bright. It is peace, and Yrael plays it well.*
Earth as in the Earth with El Ai, Scotland and Italy?
*He smirks.* No, I am not Dead. I am the Eighth Bright Shiner.

She hasn't heard music in a while; she used to sing to herself in the jungle, but music from someone else...It's been years.
She smiles. "You play beautifully."

*Yrael smiles, inclining his head slightly as he plays.*
Thank you. I am glad you enjoy it.
*The violin-song tumbles down falling arpeggios like rain filtering through the wet green leaves of trees.*

*He plays, each note flashing by like raindrops hitting the surface of a swiftly-flowing river. Every tone is clear and pure, sweet.*
(ooc: Not like the mun is knitting, either... *grins*)

*He smiles.* Thank you.
A pleasure, Mary Anne Bell. I am Yrael.

And she's seen eyes like this before. Only they were in a cat. A very white cat.
"Likewise a pleasure, Yrael. Where are you from?"
She reigns in that train of thought, but that doesn't mean she forgets about it.

She likes the sound of the rain-music. One hand makes small, vague gestures in time to the beat.

She shrugs. "Guess that's just part of the atmosphere of this place."
She doesn't have much experience with peace. She likes the sound of it.
"Where's Elsewhere?" she asks, voice soft and dreamy. "Are you dead? Or something else?"

She takes a sip of her nearly forgotten drink.
"Impressive title. What does it mean?"
