Ulfin sits in his usual place, looking around for familiar faces.

Ulfin!

*beams a welcome as he places a bowl of peanuts on the table*

I haven't seen you for ages. How are you?

Ulfin grins at him happily. "Hello, Gil. I'm well - I've been at home for the last little while."

Did you enjoy your visit?

*glances around but it seems quiet so he sits on the edge of a chair*

"It was the same as ever. But it's nice to go home every once in a while."

*smiles understandingly though going home is the last thing he's ever likely to do*

Well, it's nice to see you back again. There are so many unfamiliar faces that I felt quite lost when I got back.

Ulfin smiles. "I think I'll be staying here for a while, now. I missed the place."

*laughs*

Well, we missed you too. Have you got a room? The guest quarters are very comfortable.

Ulfin nods. "Yes, I got another key from the bar when I arrived. No more sleeping under the tables", he adds lightly.

You didn't!!

*looks shocked*

Oh Ulfin, you should have said. When Rodya first arrived he didn't have any money so he had my room - I quite like sleeping curled up in the wardrobe. If ever you get stuck again let me know!

Ulfin chuckles. "Only the first night. I'd been drinking with Desire, and then there were explosions - the exorcism, do you remember? - and I was hiding and must have fallen asleep."

*laughs*

Right - yes that was a night!!

All the same, sleeping out here can be dangerous - you do want to wake up the same shape you went to sleep, don't you?

Ulfin blinks, looking vaguely alarmed. "You mean there was someone who didn't? How did that happen?"

Raph - remember the turtle!

He's a rather handsome young man now.

*shrugs and sighs*

I've been trying to figure out how he did it.

Ulfin nods, understanding. "Did he find himself changed in his sleep, then?"

Hallo, Ulfin, mind if I sit?

Ulfin smiles. "Richard! Of course I don't mind. Have you met Gil?"

*grins and sits*

"No, I don't believe I have."

Ulfin does the introductions. "This is Gil, who cooks all the wonderful food they serve here. Gil, this is Richard Mayhew."

*Richard nods and smiles*

The food here is wonderful, I'm glad to meet the person responsible for it.

Ulfin grins. "So how have you been?"

Been fine. Relaxing, milling around the lake and bing lazy. You?

"Also very well. I've spent some time at home lately."

[ooc: and now I sleep. night!]

*smiles politely to both young men*

Pleased to meet you Richard. Now - nothing personal, honestly - but I need to get back to work.

Perhaps I'll see you both tomorrow?

{ooc - off to bed now - nighty night]

Ulfin nods and waves. "I'll be here."
