*Valentine wanders into the main bar area and over to the bar, which makes her tray appear immidiately. Picking it up, she walks over to a wall and leans on it, an odd look on her face, as she scans the room for either familiar faces, or people in need of assistance.*

Hey there. What can I get for you? Perhaps a cup of tea or somthing? You look like you could use something hot and comforting.

*She smiles slightly and holds up her empty hot cocoa mug.*

I guess I need it. I...don't want to fall ill, or something. Some tea would be great.

Here you go. Green tea's wonderful for fending off what ails you. Can I get you something else?

Thanks a lot, Valentine, but I think I'll be okay. I just need something to keep me from getting sick.

*She smiles back, rummaging in the pockets of her apron, and coming up with a couple herbal cough drops that she had requested from the bar a few weeks ago for Ender*

Here. Take a couple of these. They should help fend off some sickness. They're like herbal candies. They're not the greatest tasting, but they do help.

Dear, your hands are freezing. Are you sure you're alright? You don't look well at all.

*she smiles slightly, looking down at her hands* Well, it's cold in here. I'm probably fine. I'm just having a hard time sleeping, is all. Bad dreams.

Have you been sleeping in a bed lately? I know that's an odd question, but you never know around here. Some people sleep in the bar, some by the lake... Sometimes it helps if you have somewhere comfortable to sleep. Dreams really stink, though. My brother has horrible ones all the time.

*she nods, shrugging to hide a slight shiver* I have a room upstairs. I've slept there since I arrived.

Your brother has horrible dreams too? Does he remember them? I can never remember my dreams, other than that they were terribly frightning.

Ender does remember most of his dreams. He wakes up in the night screaming or crying sometimes.

*She looks around the room, and groans a bit loudly*

Would you mind if I came back in a few minutes? I have to run off and talk to some people.

[OOC: So sorry. My computer keeps flippin' crashing, and I think I need to just shut it down for the night before it fries something. *snugs* Val would come back, and talk about Random stuff for a while, just to make certain she's ok, and stuff.]

*quietly* I don't remember the dreams, but I have woken up crying. I never know why.

*smiling a bit more* It's okay. I'm going to be here reading.
