Námo sits in a chair near the fire, staring into it, brooding.

He's gotten good at the brooding.

"Same difference, I guess," Abby said with a grin. Because they were both lock ups, anyway.

"And Jack? You've met Jack." He hadn't seen the man in a while, but if he was talking about Jack Bauer, well, she knew him.

"How is he doing?" She asked, cocking her head to one side once again. She hadn't had a chance to check up on the man. She really should do that, see how he was holding up.

"He explained what an iPod is? How did the conversation turn that way?" Man, and to think that Gibbs didn't get electronics at all. And this guy was much older than Gibbs and from another world, nonetheless.

"Hey, you're one step ahead of my boss. He still can't quite figure out CDs yet," Abby said with a chuckle, thinking about Gibbs. Really, she teased him about it relentlessly, but she did it out of affection.

"There is much to know, grasshopper," she said in a mock-serious tone, nodding in a sage manner. You could easily tell that she was only playing around, though. Although there really was much to learn here.

"You're progressing, though! You learned some new stuff today, didn't you?" She added.

"Then I'm a breath of fresh air!" Abby seemed to be satisfied with that. She knew that she was different from most people, and it made her happy when that affected someone in a positive way.

And Abby nodded at his other words, too.

"Knowledge is power." Which was a good thing. Well, unless you got the saying "Knowledge is power; power coruppts; study hard and be evil."
