Castle sits in a darkened corner booth, staring blankly at the back of the booth in front of him, taking the occasional mechanical sip of some vile-looking, heavily alcoholic drink.

Oh yeah. He'll make for some fun conversation.

He looks away. "It's not others that are the problem. It's just...him. Milliways isn't home without him..."

He rubs his eyes again, wearily, disgusted with his own sappiness.

"You're right. I've got to just get over it."

"Takes time. All things like that will."

He watches Castle. "You look exhausted. May I suggest you try and sleep on it? Things always look a little clearer in the morning, and earning yourself a collossal hangover will make you feel ten times worse."

He nods. "S'a good idea." He sighs. "Thanks, Guppy."

Guppy nods. "No problem. If you ever want an ear, I'm always happy to listen. That's what friends are for."

He goes over to the bar and comes back with a pint of water. "And you might want to drink this before you go. You'll feel better in the morning if you're not as dehydrated."

His pager bleeps. "And with that, I have to run. Good luck."
