Mentally, not so much.

But at least he has his present for Kaylee knitting to work on.

Mal nods, not really one to mince words.

"Shi a. But it's air through the engine."

Mal loops another row around the pegs of his knitting loom.

Guppy nods. "Thanks. How are you feeling?"

"Better. Well enough to get some projects out o' the way, anyhow."

Mal holds up the knitting loom in better view.

"For my mechanic for New Year's slash Christmas slash to get her off my back."

Guppy smiles. "I'm sure she'll love it. Seems to be a new trend, I saw Aeryn wielding knitting needles earlier."

"Aeryn did seem to be wantin' to stab something with 'er needles; I suggested her usin' a loom like I am."

[guppy_sandhu]

"Did she? She seemed to be doing quite well when I saw her."

His pager bleeps and he pulls it off his belt.

"Sorry, I have to head off. See you later."
