Michael comes in from Antar, with a carrier bag.

There's a leather knifesheath at his belt that wasn't there last time he came in.

"Tis the season, as they say. I hope the rest of your weekend go well. Will Maria and Alex be coming back to Milliways soon?"

He smiles as he sets his bag down.

Michael fishes around in his own bag.

"They come and go. Might stop in for the holiday."

Hank nods.

"As usual, I will be in and out. I have a few places to go, but Bar here has been uncommonly nice on alllowing me to 'time it. She has been good to me this year."

"Bar's usually good to people", Michael says absently, trying to find Hank's present.

Hank peers over that way then grins.

"Yes, she is. "

He watches Michael for a moment, amused just a little.

"Everything okay there?"

"Yeah... aha."

He comes up with it, holding out a wrapped gift.

Hank eyes the package and smiles.

"Thank you. "

He takes it gladly.

The package contains a book on Antarian history.

"Bar can translate it, or I can. Didn't have time yet, though."

Hank smiles as he sees it.

"Thank you!"

He grins as he peers at it.

"I wont trouble you. Bar tends to be good at these things, though I hope you dont mind if I ask questions about inferances and such. Translation can only do so much when confronted with the way a socio-polituical structure changes through the dymnamics of time and cultural upheavals."

Michael looks dubious.

"...I can try?"

Hank grins abashedly.

"Ah, or maybe you could introduce me to such scholars as exist on your world so they could explain it?"

He sounds hopeful.

"Maybe", Michael agrees. "Or set you up in correspondence, at least."

Hank nods.

"That works."

He smiles and glances around and nods.

"Pardon me, a few more presents to giveout. Have a good one."

"And you. See you later."
