Last year Dream gave every being which came to the bar a gift.
This year he and Moiraine do so again. At some point each and every person, pet, and otherwise observably animate object will wake, or turn, or notice a single cherry with a blue ribbon wrapped around the stem.
The ribbon's other end is tied in a merry little bow through the corner of a card. One side of the card bears the name of the person who finds it, and the other says this;
Dear (name),
This cherry is from Dream's realm. It will never spoil, and you will not lose it. If dropped and forgotten accidentally it will show up in your room on your pillow. When you choose to eat it, you will be given one night of the best dreams. This is a guarantee. You may choose to give it away.
