Paige got back to the bar late last night and orbed straight up to her room, she'd had a nice Christmas back home with her family, even Grams was there, and considering she's been dead for 5 years that was pretty special.
She'd also had a bit of time to think about everything she was missing in her life, a real sense of purpose, someone other than her family that truly loved her, seeing Piper and Leo together despite the fact they weren't together anymore reminded her of that.
So today she isn't in the bar, she's out by the lake drawing, only she's wearing gloves cos it's so cold so it's not going so well.
Still at least it's taking her mind off the emptiness she feels right now.

Observant eyes might at some point note that there is a ring on his finger which wasnt there at the party.
no subject
She doesn't notice the ring, not yet at least

"What is wrong?"
no subject
"I'm lonely," she admits, "here, back home, I just...I just want to be loved."
She turns away quickly blushing, she shouldn't have said anything, it was stupid, she had more important things to worry about really.
no subject
"I'm sorry, Paige. I know loneliness and it truly sucks. I thought... wasnt, or isnt Dave and you... arent you two dating?" It looked cozy enough at the party?"
He looks a little confused.

She sighs, "Maybe it'll change, given time." she doesn't sound very convinced.
no subject
he grins.
"I am sure of it. This place draws people together. i know."

"The only men that ever accepted me for what I am back home are both married." she thinks of Nate and gets a disgusted lok on her face, the lying cheating scumbag
no subject
"Well, then maybe you will find someone here. Someone more suited to your needds. People here learn to accept far more than other places."
no subject
"Will you sit with me a while?" she asks feeling a little better, she had to learn to be patient with these things.
Maybe she just needed to be a little stronger around Dave, see if maybe their relationship could be more than just a bit of fun.
no subject
"Sure. I am always here for a friend."
He sits down and smiles. The fingers of his right hand play with the ring on his ring finger.
no subject
Finally she notices the ring, "did you get married while I was gone?" she asks joking
no subject
"Nothign wrong with not wanting to be alone. You are a friend and that is what friends are for."
He blushes when she asks.
"Ah not married, just engaged."

"What are you drawing?" comes an unfamiliar voice from a familiar face. Her body is glowing, an affect Paige is used to seeing Dead witches in when summoned.

She stops for a moment and looks up to introduce herself, when she sees Prue she drops her pad of paper and looks shocked, even though she knows Milliways is an odd place seeing the sister you never met because she's been dead for two years is a shocking experience.
"Prue?"
no subject
"It's nice to finally meet you."
no subject
no subject
"And I've been watching you." she smiles again.
no subject
She looks highly embarrassed though, she'd figured she'd be the solid kind of dead like most of the other people she'd met her.
"You know I was there then, at the funeral?" she asks remembering how she'd met her sisters for the first time. If Prue hadn't died she'd never have found them.
"I'm really sorry you died," she tell her
no subject
"Yes and I was glad you were. Still am. Tihs is a little awkward especially with all that Prue knows.
no subject
She tilts her head a little looking a Prue, "Piper and Phoebe come here sometimes, only they're not my Piper and Phoebe, do you know when your from or does time all differently up there?"
She doesn't mention Cole being here too, that'd probably just upset her.
no subject
"So I heard. I met a man named Magius who told me. I must say I didn't believe him."
no subject
she looks up, "somethings happened to Leo, he had his wings clipped for Piper. Only it's not like that in my time, things aren't too bad right now. But I guess you know that right?"
no subject
Looking a Paige she can tell that something is wrong. She moves the pad and pen back towards her little sister. "Is it anything that you want to talk about?"
