The man is in the bar once more, observing with his usual indifference. He's wearing a black suit, but for the sake of being unique perhaps, no sunglasses. He checks, almost daily, for the door, but makes very little show of it, and rarely remains in the bar proper.

This is one of those rare occasions when he does take a table and a drink. Make good use of it.

And a Doctor Hank McCoy wanders by and sees a stranger and does as he often does. He comes over.

"Good evening."

Well the 'Peacekeeper' was easy enough to write off as simply a strange individual. This is something quite different. But the man has seen more than a few oddities in his time, and no small number of them have been around here.

So it is with the same cool manner that he returns the greeting, with a curt but polite nod, in addition.
"Good evening. Is there something I might help you with?"

"Not really. Just being neighborly. Doctor Henry McCoy, at your service. Welcome to Milliways."

"That is considerate of you, and thank you, but I have been welcomed."
He had to pick up the rules by overhearing them, but he's got things more or less figured out.

"Still, I appreciate the introduction." He adds smoothly. "What is it that you are a doctor of?"

"Medicine, science of various kinds. I am mostly a Doctor of medicine these days and a biochemist. I work with those around here."

he smiles.

He nods and takes this in, regarding the doctor with a level, ostensibly interested, gaze.

"There is a use for such things around here?"

"With this many people around with unusual and strong personalities, yes, it does come in handy."

He eys the other man with some interest.

"I can imagine." He admits casually.

Not so different from the rest of Basin City.

"Then I do hope that you enjoy your work." He adds with detached amusement.

He nods.

"I do. Anyway, I hope that you find things worthwhile around here."

he smiles.

"I'll be on my way."

"Worthwhile or not, I will make due." Easier said than done, with the no business rule, but he'll get by.

And one day he may get used to people approaching with the purpose of being friendly.

"Good night then."
