It's getting to be that time; the moon is getting harder to ignore.
Therefore, Jason is standing in the clearing clutching a to-go cup of coffee. They don't break as easily when you drop them mid-shift. He looks to be waiting for stragglers before starting his hunt.

And because the night isn't complete without the "psycho lupa bitch." If that was pulled right. She's now wandering the forest idly. She's hunted at least once already, as proof there's a little blood on the fur of her neck that she couldn't get and she smells of fresh death. Run before she scents you?

His beast wants to run. It's a very good idea. Yes, running is good...

He stands and starts to slink away.

Her head is turned that she's not looking at Jason. And yet, she pauses. And then she's watching Jason, a small amount of amusement in her eyes.

He turns and snarls.

""Go away.""

She growls low in her throat, close to a warning if he'll listen.

""You do not tell me where to go.""

He growls in return, but backing away sideways.

""Fine. Then I leave.""

It is very apparent that his tail is starting to tuck under as he backs away.

She snaps at him when she sees him backing away sideways.

""Won't even hunt with your own Lupa? Too good for that now?""

Poor excuse, but all he can think of as he slinks even lower, making short, quick movements.

She's now following his movements, though her's are unhurried and smooth. She won't let him get away that easily.

""Then were are you off to in such a hurry?""

He stops short, body tense as his lips curl up in a warning.

""Nowhere. I just would like to be alone.""

There's a snort from the auburn wolf in front of him. Though if it helps, she stops her advance.

Curled up, warm bodies all around, the sharp scent of a fresh kill still lingering in the air...he doesn't want to be alone.

She moves forward a hair.

He takes one small step backward, growling.

She cocks her head to the side.

He is glancing frantically from side to side. Perhaps a scent, a sound...

She watches him a moment. But she's now bored and being full moon it'd be stupid to actually try something this night.

She flicks her tail in slight annoyance.

""Fine. Enjoy your alone-ness.""

He watches with a wave of relief dusted with sadness as she leaves.

He misses his Pack, the touch of his group, and he knows she can give him that much. He simply can't stand the price.

He collapses on the ground, watching his breath melt the snow.
