It's cold but sunny outside, and Dinah is behind the bar again, pouring out orange juices.

"How about a sauce?" It has been a while since he tried something new here.

He pours the sauce on the pancakes, and takes a bite. "Ah, that will do.

"You know, if I still ran Cloud City, I might try to steal you from here. We had a few very good tapcafes and restaurants, and you would have done nicely in most of them.

"Can I get a...it's called coffee on Earth, right?"

"The city was big enough that you would have some room to move around." He, as usual, forgot her unusual droid-like nature, but Cloud City was home to so many types or life and pseudolife that she really would have been quite unremarkable (in that regard). "But I will admit it did take some getting used to living so high up.

"I miss a lot about the place, but not the altitudes. At some level, I was never quite sure it was stable. But that was part of the fun in living in such a place," notes the gambler.

Lando grins. "Ah. That, too is important." If just one more bit of strangeness. Droids can be used THAT way, of course, but Lando is rather certain she means something else. "Is he here as well?"

"He should be careful, though. Leaving you alone here, he could find himself with a lot of competition for your attention." He smiles, always glad to flirt harmlessly and shamelessly. That he can do with a mouthful of pancake is impressive, too.

A strange metaphor, but one that Lando is quite sure is meant literally.

"He must be a special, er, engine to have you by his side."

Lando wonders if any of the women Han was involved with - or even some of the women he knew in his smuggler days - took the same pride in their guy. "Sounds like someone I could get along with. Though I would lose him in hyperspace." Lando grins wryly, and then proceeds to have some more of his pancake, finsihing the train and rocket first, leaving the dragon for last.

"And that's all that matters." Well, that and how he treats her, but that isn't really his business, is it?

The dragon is at last eaten, and Lando has had breakfast.

"Dinah, as always it has been a delight. Though a few more breakfats like that and I might have to skip a few lunches." He gets up.

"I shall see you again, and soon, I hope."
