Kevin is in the bar, looking for a member of security.
He'd welcome any other company as well, though.

Jack frowns over at him.
"Or are you new?"

He laughs, mostly at himself.
"Even if you were not looking for me. Hello. I am Jack of the Frost, who are you?"

He cocks his head.
"Are you a human?"

He's aware that not everybody here is. He met Laini, for one.

"Why you did it, then. Not to hurt him, but you were hoping just for that, insted." She bites her lip with a faint sigh, thinking.
"... I still don't know about this heat vision, but there may be other ways to figure where he is. We all might be able to think of something."

"It was an experiment - if it had worked like it was meant to, I would have taken it out after a few weeks of testing. Now... if I take it out, it'll kill him." He sighs. "The only way to stop the attack is with an injection, but he'll need to be knocked out or held down if he gets to the violent stage before I can give it to him. He'll fight it, otherwise."

She blinks, and then gives Kevin a sheepish smile. "... You could probably explain this all a letter better than I could. Much better. I could put it up in the office, if you wrote it?"
