There's a Carl in the bar.
Wary, somewhat nervous-He tried to call Jack and-surprise the phone was busy.
So he's come here looking for him.
But he's up for finding anybody.

He sighs. Lacking his usual little Magic trick he pulls out a businesscard.
It reads:
CARL DENHAM.
PRODUCER. DIRECTOR.
UNITED ARTISTS PICTURES
1931.
"s'abit old but it says it all." Carl's voice is cheerful, "What about you?"

But he recovers the fumble, barely and manages to stammer, "He-Hell yeah it is."
There's a twinge of envy in his voice, "Reminds me of when I was just starting out-but then again the only studio was edison's orange studio and this was before talkies o' course..."
There are numerous questions carl wants to ask him.

A little more back on his feet he magics out a businesscard, "Carl Denham. At your service."

So there's a Jack entering the bar. It's quite obvious he's just come in from the city, because he's wearing his hat and coat, both of which are dusted in snow.

"Jack!"
A bit aggrevated.
"What's the deal pal? I call your house and your housekeeper says you aren't there the first time and the second time, your MOM'S there."

He shrugs, "Why, something up?"

Like that was going to happen.

A grin.
"Can't stay away from this place." Carl sounds a little withdrawn, "Keep tryin' heh..."
