[OOM: Early this morning, Alanna and Liam spar, and talk, and then Adam receives his first lesson.]

*A very tired and very sore Adam follows a far too smug Liam into the bar. Carefully settling himself into a booth, he orders breakfast for the both of them, and leans forward over the table, eyes half closed.*

*And as he says it, he realizes it's true. It had started out partially as a whim, but somewhere along the way - lack of powers in Tortall aside - it became something more.*

"Then I'll see you bright and early tomorrow morning." He glances over to see Alanna reappear in the bar (http://community.livejournal.com/milliways_bar/10699596.html?thread=442768972#t442768972). "Speaking of important thing, I suppose I need to go interview at some point."

He shoves the rest of the eggs into his mouth. "Go take a long bath. It'll help the soreness."
