Aw, look. Two CTU agents in one post, bonding over a computer.

Well. Adam is playing a game that, as per usual, involves blowing shit up. Castle is hanging over his shoulder waiting for a turn and looking a little distracted.

Come bother either or both! Just don't make Adam lose his game.

Námo does not know Adam.

But he is looking for the distracted Lee.

He stands a few respectful feet away from the duo.

"Good evening," he greets quietly.

Lee startles. Adam does not actually notice Namo's presence.

He turns around, leaving Adam to the explosions. "...Hey."

He shifts a little nervously, but does not look away from Lee's eyes.

"Are you well?" he asks politely.

The chilly-seeming politeness puts him briefly in mind of Andres calling him 'Agent Castle.'

"Doing all right." His arms are crossed as if he's cold.

Námo would never refer to him as that.

Well, yes he would, but only if he were being intentionally cruel. Which, at the moment, he isn't.

He clasps his hands in front of him.

"I have worried about you since you took your leave of my room the other night." He swallows. "I also wished... to extend my apologies, Lee. I was cruel to you, forcing you into a corner and I should not have."

As this is not something Lee wants Adam overhearing, he leads Namo further over towards the fireplace, meeting his friend's eyes with a quick 'I'll be back later' nod.

He hasn't expected an apology. Truth be told, he'd thought Namo was still as angry as he himself was.

"It's all right," he says cautiously. "I did give you an answer, though. For the record."

"Yes, you did. You did not have to. You could have merely walked out."

Námo does not hold onto his anger as long as he could.

As long as some think he should.

"Well. You were persistent." He sticks his hands in his pockets.

Lee can generally hold onto anger long enough for the both of them. But right now, he just wants to forget about it.

"I don't want to answer any more questions about it, though. Agreed?" He glances up.

He looks away.

"Gorlim disagrees with my opinion. With your admission," he says, not quite ready to leave the topic. There was more to this, more to what he felt that night, and he wants to know.

He can't stop himself from pressing.

"Namo--" Uncomfortable and beginning to get irritated. "I really don't want to talk about it. Come on."

His eyes chill instantly.

"As you wish, Lee," he replies, his posture stiffening.

Oh, do not fucking start again... He's practiced enough to conceal this thought from Namo now.

"Look--I answered your question, I accepted your apology, I'm not pissed at you anymore. Why can't we just drop it?" The 'before it blows out of proportion and turns into one of our usual epic battles' is implied.

"I have dropped it," he says immediately, his eyes distant and his thoughts veiled from Lee. "I will never bring it up again; you have my word."

Lee has the COMPUTER.

But, COMPUTER.

This? Is instantly awesome. And a good way to attract certain brothers who think Minesweeper is the most amazing discovery since Arda.

Thus there is a Gorlim hovering twiggily behind Adam's head and watching things blow up with wide eyes.

Lee glances over at Gorlim and smirks, tugging at his brother's hair with a silent 'shhhh' gesture.

Adam's little spaceship gets killed off anyway. "Damn it."

"Awww, it died," he says, toppling into Lee as his hair gets tugged.

This is mostly on purpose.

"Who's he?" he asks, poking the back of Adam's head.

"Ow," Adam whines, rubbing the back of his head and irritated at the loss of his game. "Who are you?"

Lee glances between them, not about to make any introductions himself. This is fun to watch. He ruffles Gorlim's hair again.

Gorlim sizes Adam up with those wild grey eyes. They are the kind of eyes that get your ass hauled in to the head of CTU who accuses you of having lost your mind. Which, to be fair, he has. Multiple times.

Finally, he replies, "Bugs Bunny."

WHY he says this is anybody's guess. Perhaps he has picked up on Adam as being a really fun person to mess with. Gorlim does not know who Bugs Bunny is other than a name that he once saw on a cat toy he gave Ailbhe.

"Uh-huh." Adam looks pained. Gorlim's reminding him of Mercutio already, and he tends to mentally associate Mercutio with angry cats that need declawing. "Yeah. Well. Bugs Bunny doesn't usually distract people at crucial moments when they've just gotten to level 50."

That noise in the background would be Lee facepalming.

"You speak as if you know me," Gorlim says haughtily. "But you don't. Bugs Bunny does what Bugs Bunny WANTS to do."

"And he usually does distract me at crucial moments when I'm doing things," Lee adds helpfully. Adam, who has no sense of humor whatsoever, is Not Amused.

He'd been about to say 'not a fictional one.' But this is Milliways. And he's already had more than one run-in with the Shakespeare folken.
