Two players, two characters, one post.

Dream enters without his usual fanfare, at his favored table. He, of course, is scribed in black, white, and hems of burning nightmare. One pale, pale hand rests on Kitty's shoulder.

She looks a little more with it, a little less likely to fall apart, than she had been the last time she came into the bar. She also still looks like she'd rather not be here, for all she can't hide forever.

He looks worried, for him, and silently accepts two cups of coffee from a passing rat. One of them is handed to his favorite niece before he sips from the other one.

"Well, more like mushrooms than like monkeys, I guess."

"Possibly you have not met the right monkeys."

Raven's voice is conspiratorial.

The smirk might be out of place.

[prydeful]

"You're kinda creepy sometimes, you know that?"

It's said with far too much affection for the words.

[creator_raven]

Raven beams, responding to the tone more than the words.

Probably.

"It does not require much effort, perhaps."

[prydeful]

"And you have a gift for it, I think."

[creator_raven]

Raven laughs.

"You are very right. It is a thing I enjoy."

He attempts to sober himself.

"In secret, of course."

Of course.

[prydeful]

"I shan't tell a soul," she promises.

[creator_raven]

"I am very grateful. Possibly I will bake you cookies."

Oh dear.

Everyone run for cover, now.

[prydeful]

"No eyeballs," firmly.

[creator_raven]

Raven makes a face.

"They do not mix so well."

Beat.

"Yet. I am practicing."

[prydeful]

"Maybe they could be eyeball-shaped."

[creator_raven]

"It is difficult, I think. The ends flatten."

He sounds mildly exasperated.

[prydeful]

She pats his shoulder.

"Maybe Bar can help."

[creator_raven]

Raven eyes Bar.

"Perhaps."
