"Tonight's drinks are; Gentleman's Club , Gila Monster, Gingerbread Man #2 and Godchild .."

"What'll it be?"

"You're a mean thing.. you know that don't you?"

He passes her drink over the bar.

[she explains airly, accepting her drink with a smile]

He laughs. ".. Yes. That explains everything really."

He smiles. "Well, you've been far busier than I."

I like being busy, actually.

Its a sentiment he understands.

"A trait we both share."

He nods.

"Have I missed anything else of consequence?"

"Thank Mithros for that.." he says softly.

He's lost in thought for a moment.

And then he's back.

"Hm. I've missed this."

"No changes to speak of. It'll be time to harvest soon. I've been holed up at the Swoop, dealing with accounts and paperwork. Paperwork piled higher than I am tall." he laughs ruefully. "There are workers to care for and taxes to be paid.."
