[OOM: Angela's sentence is over.]

A skinny teenage girl in filthy clothes is pushed roughly into the bar, the door slamming behind her. She's blindfolded. She stumbles forward, and falls to the floor.

She mutters something that sounds like the equivalent of a keyboard mistype, whimpers, and falls silent, lying there like a child's discarded doll.

"We will, but we need to get her to the infirmary right now," he says, gently pulling Angie away from Kim and into his arms. As he moves her, he murmers words that he hopes are soothing, if she's even with it enough to understand what he's saying: "It's okay, sweetheart, you're safe now."

Carefully getting to his feet, he turns and, trying not to jostle Angela too much, starts hurrying toward the infirmary.

Hank hears some noise and glances up, but the crowd is rather busy tonight. Then he sees Jack pushing through the crowd with someone in his arms and he moves.

He is pushign from the opther side and at Jack's side immediately helping him make a hole through the group.

"What happenned?"

His voice is taut even as his scanner comes out.

Angela squeezes when someone holds her hand. She feels herself carried, and blinks, not able to figure out why she can't see.

It's so hard to breathe, too hard.

"Sorry. I tried..."

Her breathing is getting shallower, and her eyes are beginning to drift shut.

Kim's walking quickly by her Dad's side, too concerned to even glare back at Melou.

When Hank comes running up, she tries to regain some control. "She -- came through the door, someone had her and they -- " she sees Angie's eyes drifting closed and her chest barely moving.

"No, Angie, stay with us, you're going to be okay, it's going to be okay, just stay with us...," she runs her fingers gently over matted red-gold hair and there's more than a little panic in her voice.

Jack doesn't stop moving; they need to get Angela in a bed where Hank can check her properly, where he can start doing something to help her.

"She's been held for about five days, and she might--she probably has been drugged. She's not very responsive and her eyes are bloodshot and cloudy. I'm not sure how aware she is of what's going on."

Melou follows closely behind them, to and into the infirmary. There's not much he can say, and he doesn't want to be in the way of the big blue thing he assumes is some sort of medical person, so he hovers. Close, but not too close. And listens.

hank leads them into the infirmary.

As he goes, he talks.

"She is dehydrated and it looks like she has several drugs in her system. From the state of her stomach she cant have eaten in at least 24 hours, She needs fluids, protein, and vitamins intravenously and I will have to give her something to drive the drugs out of her system."
