She doesn't look innocent when she sleeps. Far from in fact, she's curled far more akin to a hound than a human, cheek cradled on her towel. Her wet hair is spread in the grass like blood, her scarred back turned towards a small fire that leaps and jumps tiredly in the growing night.

There's a plate with lunch on it as well, a sandwich with a few bites taken, a bit of fruit...it seems that the call to sleep was too great after her swim though...so, Rachel is asleep by the lake, there's room enough at the fire for more though.

The day is bound to keep looking up.

"Somehow, I doubt that" she mused, leaning her elbows on her knees and leaning forward slightly. She has too much exerience with petty criminals to not know the feel of them.

"Doubt if you want, but it's true." The bird gives an annoyed frown. "Although...now that I think about it, the thing might've said fruits on the face, not hair. I...get confused sometimes."

"And what was the name of what you were reading?" she asked curiously. Rachel likes details, honestly. and it amuses her to hear such things from a talking extinct critter.

Terrorsaur has been slowly learning about human culture.

"A ma-ga-zine," he sounds it out slowly. "Don't remember the name - it had a girl on the cover. Wasn't wearing much."

"If you ever decide to pull a stunt like this again? Remember the ame of a magazine, and probably the article name as well. Details help any lie or prank" she chuckled, dropping her hold on him.

Terrorsaur gleefully flaps a few yards into the air. He doesn't make his getaway, though - he's rather offended at the lecture.

"I thought the lack of details added some reality - you humans do have a lot of magazines with girls not wearing much."
